  • 1 small beetroot
  • 1 orange
  • 2 tbsp. soaked goji berries
  • 2 lemons (peeled)
  • 1 cup coconut water
How to Make It
  1. Ancient Chinese knew the benefits of goji berries in mental wellbeing and calmness, athletic performance, happiness and quality of sleep. In this recipe, they are all combined with coconut water, sour citrus and earthy beetroot juice to make a delicious and healthful drink.
  2. Juice orange, beetroot and lemons. Pour juice in a blender with coconut water and goji berries and blend until smooth.
