Orange-Cinnamon French Toast

  • 2 to 4 T. butter, melted
  • 2 T. honey
  • ½ t. cinnamon
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • ½ c. frozen orange juice concentrate, partially thawed
  • 0.12 t. salt
  • 6 slices French bread
How to Make It
  1. Combine butter, honey and cinnamon in a 13"x9" baking pan and set aside. In a shallow bowl, whisk together eggs, orange juice and salt. Dip bread slices into egg mixture, coating both sides.
  2. Arrange dipped bread slices in baking pan. Bake, uncovered, at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes, until golden.
