Spicy green salad with chicory and almonds in mango sauce.
- 1 cup of shredded red cabbage
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- ½ tbsp lemon juice
- ¼ cup green apple cut in slices
- 2 tbsp soaked and peeled almonds
- ½ cup broccoli sprouts
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 3-4 black Kalamata type olives
- 1 tbsp finely chopped fresh onion
How to Make It
- Put all the ingredients into a glass bowl and mix.
- Let the ingredients stay for 30 minutes before serving.
