Ingredients

  • 2 cups chopped tomatoes
  • 1½ cups chopped cucumber
  • ¼ cup chopped sweet onion
  • 4 teaspoons chopped fresh mint
  • ½ cup chopped Italian parsley
  • ¾ cup chopped green bell pepper
How to Make It
  1. Combine the above ingredients in a large salad bowl, mix well.
  2. Serve with soup and sprouted grain bread.
