Penne with mushrooms and olives in tomato sauce recipe



  • 1 Bank Canned mushrooms
  • 0.5 packs Pasta "Penne"
  • 2 PCs Red onion
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 6-7 PCs Black olives pitted
  • Garlic dry 1ch.l.
  • 1 pinch Marjoram
  • 1 pinch Thyme
  • pinch Nutmeg
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Basil leaves or dry
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
How to Make It
  1. Coarsely chop the onion and lightly fry in olive oil. Add to the onions mushrooms, salt and fry for 5-6 minutes. Tomato paste mixed with garlic, thyme, marjoram, Basil, nutmeg, salt and pepper(I use the mill "4 pepper").
  2. Add the resulting sauce to the mushrooms. Olives cut into rings, add to the pan and simmer for another 5 minutes. Boil Penne in salted water with olive oil.
  3. Mix Penne with mushrooms and serve. Bon appetit!
