Very tender pork chops in a great cream soup.

Ingredients

  • 6 pork chops
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ cup white flour
  • ½ teaspoons paprika
  • ½ teaspoons cayenne pepper
  • ½ teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 sliced bell pepper
  • 1½ cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ½ cup cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons white flour
How to Make It
  1. Season pork chops with salt, pepper.
  2. Combine the flour with the paprika, cayenne pepper and garlic powder.
  3. Dredge he pork chops through the seasoned flour.
  4. Transfer the pork chop to the slow cooper and add the onion slices, mushrooms, and bell pepper.
  5. Pour the chicken broth over the chops. Cook on low for 8 hours.
  6. Remove the pork chops to a platter and keep warm.
  7. Add the sour cream, cream cheese and 2 tablespoons flour to the juices in the slow cooker.
  8. Cook on high for 20 minutes. Cover the pork chops with the sauce.
