Raspberry coconut recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup full-fat coconut milk
  • 1 cup plant-based yogurt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 tbsp dragonfruit powder (optional)
How to Make It
  1. Blend coconut milk, yogurt, vanilla extract and maple syrup in a blender or food processor.
  2. Add in raspberries dragonfruit powder, and blend until smooth.
  3. Pour fruit mixture into popsicle molds.
  4. Add sticks and freeze approximately 4-6 hours.
