Dehydrated barley bread rich in fibers.
- 2 cups Hulled barley, soaked for 2 days
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Pinch of ground garlic
- Pinch of mustard
- 1 tbsp dry psyllium
- 1 tbsp basil
- 1 tbsp chopped white onion
- 2 tbsp chopped celery
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- ½ tsp black sesame to garnish
How to Make It
- Put the soaked barley into a food processor and pulse a few times.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and process.
- Dehydrate for 8-12 hours, flipping sides in between.
