Braised green beans with pork recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh or frozen green beans
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, thinly sliced
  • ½ inch of peeled/sliced fresh ginger
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes, or to taste
  • 1 tomato, roughly chopped
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • Salt and ground black pepper
  • ¼ lemon, cut into wedges, to serve
  • 1 pound lean pork
How to Make It
  1. Cut each bean in half. Put all ingredients in the slow cooker and cook on low for 4 hours.
