  • 700 g wheat flour
  • 1.5 cups plain clean water
  • 2 pinches salt
  • 300-400 g cottage cheese
  • 3-4 pieces chicken egg
  • 70 g butter
  • 100-150 g suzme (cottage cheese cream)
  • fresh greens (classic-green onions, dill)
How to Make It
  1. Preparing the groundwork. Traditionally, the preparation of bread from flour, water and salt is considered competent. Mix all the ingredients and knead the dough thoroughly.The dough should rest in a dry, preferably dark place.
  2. Roll out after the rest of the dough, making small bumpers on the edges, so that the filling does not spread when pouring. Pierce the entire surface of the future base with a fork-so there will be no air bubbles when baking.
  3. Cook in the oven-worse dish will not be a drop! Bake-10-15 minutes (depending on thickness).

  5. Mash with a fork cottage cheese, mix with salt, chopped herbs, melted butter and beaten eggs. Mix again. Filling is ready.
  6. Lubricate the surface of the finished lavash suzme (can be safely replaced with cottage cheese cream - the same almette, for example). Pour our filling on the surface of the base and put another bake for 10 minutes-to "fill" grabbed. Some add to the filling tomatoes, cheese, to give a greater resemblance to Italian pizza and to please their taste buds.
