Health kicker recipe


You can’t go wrong with this classic green juice combination.

  • Yield: 1 Serving


  • 3 carrots or ½ cup carrot juice
  • ½ bunch kale
  • ¼ lemon
  • One ½-inch piece peeled ginger
How to Make It
  1. Wash and pat dry all the ingredients. Peel or cut the skin off the lemon.
  2. Place all the ingredients in a juicer. Pour the juice through a strainer, if desired.
