Kale chips in cheesy garlic red sauce recipe



  • 1 kilo marinated kale (removed stems)
How to Make It
  1. Place the leaves into a big bowl to marinate with olive oil, tamari, salt, black pepper, ground garlic.
  2. Pour the garlic red sauceĀ into a bowl and add the marinated leaves.
  3. Mix them, place the mixture on a non stick dehydrator sheet and dehydrate for 8 or more hours.
