Low carb waffles recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp butter
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ cup oat flour
  • 4 separated eggs
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ¾ cup sour cream
How to Make It
  1. Use an electric mixer to uniformly beat the egg whites. Let rest aside.
  2. In a separate bowl, add the butter and use a spoon to stir until fluffy. Add in beaten egg yolks.
  3. Mix in sour cream and flour. You may add in some water to obtain the appropriate consistency.
  4. Add in salt and vanilla. Set in the egg whites and fold. Set in a waffle iron and bake.
  5. Set in a serving bowl and enjoy alongside blackberry syrup.
