Penne pasta with caviar sauce recipe



  • 2 tbsp of red caviar
  • 0.5 lemon juice and zest
  • 10 gĀ butter
  • 500 g of Penne pasta
  • 300 ml cream 33% fat
  • pinch of grated nutmeg
How to Make It
  1. Melt butter in a saucepan, pour the cream. Bring to boil on mild fire. Add the juice and zest of lemon, nutmeg.
  2. Cook until thick about 1 min. Add eggs and mix gently. Penne cook for 3 minutes less than indicated on the package.
  3. Drain, transfer the pasta into the prepared sauce and bring to readiness in the sauce.
