Scrambled egg pizza recipe

Ingredients

  • 10 eggs
  • ¼ cup shredded cheese
  • ½ cup chopped zucchini
  • Cooked, drained and crumbled bacon
  • ½ cup chopped mushrooms
  • ¼ cup cream
  • 1/8 cup water
  • 1/8 tsp crushed red pepper
How to Make It
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees and sauté vegetables with red pepper for about 5 minutes, or until tender.
  2. Remove vegetables.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the eggs, cream & water together.
  4. Spray large skillet again. Add in the egg mixture and cook until the mixture sets to the bottom.
  5. Cook a few minutes more, but not let the eggs to dry completely.
  6. Place scrambled eggs on pizza pan.
  7. Top with vegetables, bacon and cheese.
  8. Bake for 6-8 minutes, or until cheese melts.
