Simple breakfast pie recipe


The breakfast pie is easy to prepare with readily available ingredients. The combination of different ingredients gives the pie a nutritious and tasty approach.  Serve the pie while still hot.

  • Yield: 4 Servings
  • Cooking Time: 8 Hours


  • 1 shredded sweet potato
  • 8 whisked eggs
  • 2 tbsp Melted coconut oil
  • 1 lb crumbled pork sausage
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 chopped yellow onion
  • 2 tbsp Dried basil
  • 2 chopped red bell peppers
  • Salt and black pepper
How to Make It
  1. Grease the slow cooker with the coconut oil and add sweet potatoes.
  2. Also add sausage, garlic powder, bell pepper, onion, basil, salt and pepper.
  3. Add whisked eggs, toss, cover and cook on Low for 8 hours.
  4. Divide between plates and serve warm. Enjoy!
