Turmeric-mango smoothie recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 each medium mango, peeled and pitted
  • ½ tsp ground turmeric
  • 2 each lime juice
  • 8 each dates
  • 2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup ice 2 cup or filtered water
  • Lime wedges for garnish
How to Make It
  1. Place all of the ingredients, except the garnish in a high powered blender. Start on low, and then increase the speed to high. Blend until smooth.
  2. Top each glass off with a lime wedge, and then serve.
