  • 1 frozen banana
  • ½ cup organic rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tsp. maqui berry powder
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 cups ice
  • cinnamon and sea salt to taste
How to Make It
  1. Quality time for breakfast most mornings is non-existent. This smoothie is something good you can do for yourself that won’t take much time, but will send you out into the world fortified with a tasty drink that will stick to your ribs.
  2. Blend all together in a high-powered blender. Dust with cinnamon and serve
