Cheesy Onion Chieken Skillet

My zesty chicken with peppers and onions is so versatile, it works served on its own or over rice, noodles or roasted potatoes.

1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cubed
2 tsp. Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb seasoning blend 2 Tbsp. olive oil, divided
1 medium green pepper, cut into strips Yi medium onion, sliced
1 cup (4 oz.) shredded Colby-Monterey Jack cheese

How to cook it

  1. Toss chicken with seasoning blend.In a large nonstick skillet, heat I Tbsp. oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 5-7 minutes or until no longer pink. Remove from pan. In same pan, add remaining oil, pepper and onion; cook and stir 3-4 minutes or until crisp-tender.
  2. Stir in chicken; sprinkle with cheese. Remove from heat; let stand, covered, until cheese is melted.
