Deep fried tuna bites recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 cans white tuna in water, well drained
  • ¾ cup panko crumbs
  • ½ cup shredded finely Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon dried Italian seasonings
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 2 medium eggs
  • Frying oil, such as olive oil
How to Make It
  1. After draining the tuna well, place it in a lag remixing bowl.
  2. Add the panko crumbs, Italian seasonings, and eggs.
  3. Mix well. I suggest you use your hands for this.
  4. Form small bites, nuggets, or even squares, as you wish.
  5. Heat the oil in a large skillet.
  6. Place the Parmesan cheese in a separate bowl and coat each nugget you create in the cheese before placing in the hot oil to fry.
  7. Fry for about 5 or 6 minutes on each side.
  8. Remove and place on paper towels until the extra fat has been absorbed.
  9. Serve with ranch sauce, marinara sauce, or any other favorite.
