Frisee with bacon and soft-cooked eggs recipe

  • 8 large eggs
  • 4 slices bacon
  • 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 cups frisee, torn
  • 4 cups radicchio, torn
  • Black pepper
How to Make It
  1. Cook the eggs in a saucepan of boiling water for 6 minutes; rinse and peel.
  2. Cook the bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crisp, 7 to 9 minutes; remove and crumble. Add the vinegar and oil to the drippings; stir to combine.
  3. Toss the frisee and radicchio with the dressing. Top with the eggs and bacon; season with ΒΌ teaspoon pepper.
