Penne with broccoli, bell pepper and cheese recipe



  • 400 g broccoli
  • 350 g sweet pepper
  • 150 g large onions
  • 150 g Gouda cheese
  • 300 g Penne
  • pepper to taste
  • salt to taste
  • olive oil
How to Make It
  1. Onions and seeded peppers cut into strips. Onions lightly fry in olive oil. Add the pepper, mix well. Then put the broccoli.
  2. Pour a little water (so that the water level was 1 cm), season with salt and pepper, simmer 10 minutes. The macaroni and boil until tender as directed on the package.
  3. Grate cheese on a fine grater. On dish put the macaroni. Put the vegetables. Sprinkle with the cheese.
