Pork, red & green peppers, onion & carrots stir fry recipe


  • Yield: 2 Servings


  • ½ pound cubed pork
  • ½ cup chopped Red Peppers
  • ½ cup chopped Green Peppers
  • ½ cup sliced onion
  • ½ cup sliced carrots
  • 1 Tsp oil
How to Make It
  1. Marinade pork in a Superfoods marinade. Stir fry drained pork in coconut oil for few minutes, add all vegetables and stir fry for 2 more minutes.
  2. Add the rest of the marinade and stir fry for a minute. Serve with brown rice or quinoa.
