Ingredients

  • 6 potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 6 garlic cloves, minced
  • ¼ cup diced onion, or one medium-sized onion, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
How to Make It
  1. Spray interior of slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Combine all ingredients in the slow cooker.
  3. Cover and cook on Low 4½–6 hours, or until potatoes are tender but not mushy or dry.
