Popeye punch recipe


Get your daily dose of greens with this juice. Orange provides some added sweetness and ginger adds a gut-healthy benefit.

  • Yield: 1 Servings


  • 2 cups spinach, well washed
  • ½ orange
  • ¼ lemon
  • One ¼-inch piece peeled ginger
How to Make It
  1. Wash and pat dry all the ingredients. Peel or cut the skin off the orange and lemon.
  2. Place all the ingredients in a juicer. Pour the juice through a strainer, if desired. Enjoy!
