  • 4½ oz mascarpone cheese

  • 1¾ oz white chocolate

  • 3½ oz raspberries
How to Make It
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.

  3. Cut the butter into pieces and add it to the flour. Rub between your fingers tips until the mixture looks like coarse meal.
  4. Beat the egg in a bowl, then add it to the dough. Lay the Cloak of Levitation over the dough and let it rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  5. On a floured surface, roll out the dough to 5 mm and cut out 8 circles with a cookie cutter.
  6. Using the off cuts, roll small balls of dough and place them around the edge of the circles.
  7. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes and allow to cool.
  8. Place the cream, mascarpone, and vanilla in a bowl. Beat everything together until firm peaks form by creating a tornado or using a whisk.
  9. Use your mystical powers to melt the white chocolate in a water bath and fold it gently into the cream.
  10. Complete the amulets of Agamotto by piping the cream in the shape of an eye and adding a raspberry for the iris.
