Baked salmon with thyme and lemon recipe


A baked salmon is just perfect when on Paleo diet. The flavors of lemon and thyme gives the salmon a distinctive approach that you definitely need to try. The meal is best served immediately.

  • 1 sliced lemon
  • 1 tbsp capers
  • 32 oz salmon
  • Olive oil, for drizzling
  • Freshly ground pepper and salt
  • 1 tbsp of fresh thyme
How to Make It
  1. Line a parchment paper on a baking sheet. Lay your salmon on top and add pepper and salt.
  2. Add capers on top followed with thyme and lemon.
  3. Set the baking sheet your cold oven. Set to 400 degrees F and bake for approximately 25 minutes. Serve
