Sauteed citrus sugar snaps recipe

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 lb 450 g sugar snap peas
  • 1 lemon zest
  • 1 lime zest
  • 3 tbsp finely chopped fresh mint
How to Make It
  1. Heat the butter in a large skillet over medium heat, add the sugar snap peas and sauté for 5 minutes, until crisp-tender.
  2. Zest the lemon and lime straight into the skillet – you don’t lose any of the essential oils that way – and toss in the chopped mint.  Toss the beans in the seasonings well and serve.
